Well deserved, I feel! Congratulations - on the work which I wish I could see close to, and on the profile by Diane Dorrans Saeks - on one of the most readable and original minds in the blogosphere. Really, congratulations.
Totally and utterly deserved! I discovered your blog through Backwards in High Heels and have loved catching up through your archives. LOVE your words...
Bonjour Lisa, Just found your fabulous blog via The Style Saloniste. I'll be following along and look forward to reading through your posts. Wishing you a good day, Mimi
I discovered your blog, and your work today via Diane's Introduction, what a pleasure. I have added your blog to my blog roll. Embroidery is such a vast tradition from traditional Folk Art to Haute Couture, from Lasage.
She did a beautiful job and you deserve it! Lisa, I read many blogs, but you are one of my very favorites. Thanks for being you, and for providing such thought provoking posts, time and time again!
“In days gone by, a work like mine, would have admirers all in line” How ironic that your words of 2000 would come full circle and you WILL have ‘admirers all in line’ come May 1. I gasped when I saw that you were going to sell them – I SO want to see them. Here’s to lots of red dots and Congratulations on the show. It’ll be fantabulous!!!

It was wonderful! Oh to be on the west coast during this show!!!
All the best to you Lisa-I love the words of wise-whimsy! Anxious to see more!
Diane thanks for the wonderful coverage of Lisa's unique, original art.
It is stunningly beautiful and original - she is a master of the stitch and the poetry is so beautiful and is part of the beautiful art.
I have no doubt she will have a gallery full of red dots before the evening is through.
Wishing her much, much success. Wish I could make it to LA for the opening

You deserve each and every word. It isn't kindness, it's the truth.
To All of You: From the bottom of my heart, thank you. xxx
Lisa... your blog adds such peace and harmony with a delicious tinge of humor to my day. Couldn't live without it!
What a beautiful piece Diane Dorrans Saeks wrote, but certainly not a word that isn't well deserved.
In more crude terms, and quoting one of my ex's backing vocalists, "girl you got style comin out yo ass!"
