Other than that, very jealous about lawn as mine is nine green carpet tiles from Flor on my 11th floor balcony. You will like it, I think.

Also I was wondering if you are familiar with Mrs. Delany (Mary Granville Delany) who knew everyone who was anybody in 18th century London and Dublin and wrote about it all in letters, published first in the 19th c, to her sister and nieces. She was also a major craftswomen: embroidery and needlework; shellwork; decorating; and, most famously, nearly 1000 highly realistic paper collages of flowers, most of which are now in the British Museum. Her London house was on St. James Place (now gone) near Spencer House. Her memorial plaque is at St. James on Piccadilly--if you can get past the endless bazaar. There is going to be a Mrs. Delany exhibit at Yale this Fall which will then go to the Sir John Sloane Museum in London. Mrs. D was your kind of woman.Lindahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03926160565295786357noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6117194181116669144.post-4194743229879403382009-07-05T23:05:51.261-07:002009-07-05T23:05:51.261-07:00You, my dear, had a perfect day of bliss!
